1. 1. Reservation application

   (1) This online reservation system (hereinafter referred to as "this system") is a system that allows customers to make reservations directly with hotels via the Internet.
   Anyone can search for information such as room availability for hotels registered in this system, but to make a reservation, you will need to register online.

   (2) Registered customers can make reservations 24 hours a day.

   (3) Your reservation information will be sent to the hotel's email address immediately after registration is complete.

   (4) This system is entirely free of charge.




2. 2. Reservation eligibility

   (1) Anyone with an email address for an internet PC can make a reservation.




3. 3. Customer registration

   (1) Please register your personal information on the registration screen. A registration completion notice will be sent to the email address you provided. After that, you will be able to make reservations.

   (2) Registration is free. There are no registration fees or annual fees.

   (3) We will never use your registered personal information without your permission, except in cases where we receive a request from a public institution (police, court, etc.).




4. 4. Usage Agreement

   (1) The contract for use is concluded directly between the customer and the hotel.

   (2) The contract will be concluded when the customer confirms the details registered in the system and presses the button (switch) to officially register the reservation.

   (3) The use of personal information you register will be limited to the purposes specified in advance, and we will not use your personal information beyond the scope of those purposes without your consent.
   However, this does not apply if there is a request from a public institution (police, court, etc.).




5. 5. Payment of accommodation fees

   Please pay the accommodation fee by cash or credit card upon check-in.




6. 6. Changing or canceling reservation details

   (1) If there are any changes to your reservation, please use this system to promptly register the changes.

   (2) If, due to unavoidable circumstances, you are unable to use this system, please contact the hotel directly. If you contact the hotel directly, a change/cancellation notice will not be sent.




7. 7. Cancellation fee

   If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee (cancellation charge) in the following proportion to the contract price.
   Cancellation fees may vary depending on the plan.

   7 days before the stay: 20%

   1 day before your stay: 50%

   On the day of your stay: 100%

   If no contact is made: 100%




8. 8. Hotel Liability and Disclaimer

   (1) The Hotel is covered by hotel liability insurance to cover the risk of fire, etc.

   (2) If the Hotel is unable to provide the Guest with the contracted room, the Hotel shall, with the Guest's consent, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest wherever possible.

   (3) If the Hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodation for the Guest, notwithstanding the above provisions, the Hotel will not charge any accommodation fees thereafter, including the fees for the day on which the Hotel is no longer able to provide the Guest with a room.
   However, this does not apply if the inability to provide a room is due to reasons beyond the control of the Hotel.




9. 9. Payment of accommodation fees

   Other terms and conditions for use will be governed by the hotel's accommodation terms and conditions.
