- We ask that you observe the following manners and rules while on the premises of the hotel.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel except in designated smoking areas. Please use the designated smoking areas. If smoking is detected outside of designated areas, a cleaning fee will be charged. (This includes e-cigarettes.)
- Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers due to intoxication or other reasons.
- Please refrain from eating, drinking, sitting, or speaking loudly in public spaces such as the lobby.
- Please refrain from taking food and drinks provided in the dinner and breakfast restaurants to other areas. Bringing outside food and drinks into the restaurants is also prohibited.
- Please refrain from bringing in dogs other than guide dogs and hearing dogs, as well as cats, small birds, and other pet animals.
- Please be considerate of other customers when using your mobile phone.
- Please be considerate of noise levels in your room, such as television, music, and conversations.
- Please be considerate of other customers when taking photos.
