The Goshikinuma Trail is a popular tourist spot.
Along the 4.5km long nature trail, you will find a group of lakes and marshes formed by the eruption of Mount Bandai, including Yanagi-numa, Aonuma, Ruri-numa, Benten-numa, Tatsu-numa, Midoronuma, Akanuma, and Bishamon-numa.

The name comes from the fact that the water color varies depending on the lake, from green to red to blue.
The mysterious swamp, with colors that seem unnatural, captivates visitors.

It is also one of the most abundant wild birds in the country.
You may also be able to see birds such as blue-and-white flycatchers, ruddy kingfishers, Narcissus flycatchers, and great spotted woodpeckers.
The area is designated as a special protected area of the national park.
