Information on the day of use
You can pick it up at the rental counter in the hotel or at Hoshino Resorts NEKOMA Mountain North Area.
The hotel rental counter is open from December 20th to March 31st, from 8:00am to 4:45pm.
* After 16:45, reservations will be accepted at the front desk.
*From April 1st onwards, applications and payments will be accepted directly at Hoshino Resorts NEKOMA Mountain North Area.
Precautions
*Special discounts will not be applied if you apply directly at each ski resort.
*There are no options for purchasing clothing items alone (jacket only or pants only).
*Accessories (gloves, goggles, hats) are sold as a set of 3 for 4,500 yen, or individually for 2,300 yen.
*Minimum sizes are: clothing: 90cm, skis: 90cm, boots: 15.5cm, snowboard: 98cm, boots: 16.0cm
*Snowboard bindings do not have safety features (release or retention), and therefore I understand that they do not reduce the risk of injury in the event of a fall or collision.
*The ski binding release value does not completely guarantee the safety of the user.
*I understand that the use of skis, snowboards, sleds, etc. inherently involves risks of injury and accidents.
*We will adjust items you bring in according to your wishes, but we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
*Any injuries or damages incurred in the event of a fall or collision while using rental equipment will be the responsibility of the user.
*Please store the equipment responsibly during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged or lost, you will be charged for the equipment.
*No refunds will be given after payment has been made. (Please check the weather and lift operation status.)
