Lobby
The lobby of Geihinkan Nekoma Rikyu that underwent a complete renovation in October 2015, is now exhibiting numerous works of art. The walls are lined with fashion paintings representing the 20th century, including the "First Emperor's Bronze Carriage," which took approximately 80 Living National Treasure-level artisans three years to complete. Please enjoy this collection, which can only be seen at our hotel, to your heart's content.

Art Exhibition
Our hotel has many artworks on display. Bronze statues by 20th century Italian masters Venanzo Crocetti and Marcello Mascherini, as well as a collection of fashion paintings that are considered symbols of the 20th century fashion scene, adorn the walls of the hotel corridors and other areas. We hope you enjoy the experience of being transported to a museum.

Activity Station
We accept reservations and inquiries for various activities. We also have permanent displays of materials and maps about the nature of Urabandai. Ski and snowboard rentals are available during the winter season.

Japanese restaurant "Waraku"
Waraku is the hotel's main Japanese restaurant, overlooking the majestic Mount Bandai from its large windows. The Japanese kaiseki dinner course is prepared by Tada, the hotel's head of Japanese cuisine, who honed his skills at a first-class Japanese restaurant. Please take your time to enjoy this Japanese kaiseki course meal, which skillfully combines fresh local ingredients with high-quality ingredients.

Cafe Lounge "Kohan"
The cafe lounge welcomes guests on the lobby floor of Geihinkan Nekoma Rikyu that was completely renovated in October 2015. From the large, open windows, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the natural beauty of Urabandai. It is an ideal place for meetings, breaks, and conferences.
*Guests staying at Geihinkan Nekoma Rikyu Guest House will be served a welcome drink at Cafe Lounge “Kohan”.

Observation Lounge
The observation lounge is located on the 5th floor of the main building, Goshiki no Mori. It features large, open windows offering panoramic views of Lake Hibara and is a popular spot where you can experience the four seasons of Urabandai.

Urabandai Cafe
Opened on April 15, 2016.
Enjoy our carefully selected coffee in a sophisticated wooden interior. We also offer light meals such as cakes handmade by our pastry chef and seasonal pasta.

Scat a live bar equipped with a stage and sound and lighting facilities. Not only is it a bar, but it also has the appeal of a live music Scat, hosting music events and other events.
